General
Users of this site represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years of age and that all information that they submit is true and accurate. EUWAS does not send out SPAM, (sometimes known as unsolicited emails), nor are our servers being used to send out SPAM. SPAM attributed to EUWAS domains as e.g. EUWAS.org or EUWAS.info originates from viruses such as W32.Sobig.F which are mass-mailing worms that send themselves to all the email addresses that they find on a host's system. These emails typically use fake FROM addresses. These addresses are arbitrarily picked from the internet and unfortunately they occasionally use EUWAS domains as e.g. EUWAS.org or EUWAS.info. Commercial bulk e-mail organisations (spammers) also use fake FROM address in order to circumvent anti-spam software. By using this site or submitting your email addresses you accept that there is a possibility that you may receive SPAM, and that at present there is nothing EUWAS or its ISP can do about this. This site is created and controlled by Fraunhofer UMSICHT in Germany on behalf of the EUWAS project team and the laws of Germany shall apply to the Terms of Use and any disputes arising in connection with the use of this web site. All disputes arising in connection with this web site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German Courts.
